BOTANICAL BENEFITS
Citronella essential oil has a sweet, lemony smell and is a often used as an insect repellent, since it naturally expels mosquitoes and other bugs. It gives the pleasure of relaxation, invigoration and pleasant memories. Citronella can serve as a natural and safe temporary remedy for anxiety, stress, trouble sleeping and depression.
Bergamot is a citrus fruit where its rind is used for extracting the bergamot essential oil. It is particularly good for relieving stress and bringing an uplifting aura to the air. One of the most common applications is adding bergamot oil in regular black tea, then given a different name – Earl Grey!
Lime essential oil has an invigorating and stimulating effect. It contains purifying and refreshing properties, which help to promote well-being and emotional balance.
Lemon essential oil has a refreshing aroma nearly identical to the freshly peeled fruit. It is an uplifting and energizing oil, that replaces negative emotions by creating a cheerful atmosphere of freshness and purity. It has been shown to help dispel mental fatigue and psychological heaviness.
